Feeding pusher
The pusher is a specialized equipment used in the steel rolling production line to push steel billets into the heating furnace for heating. Old production lines often used mechanical pushers, which were bulky, expensive, had a high failure rate, and required complex maintenance. In practical applications, equipment like pushers requires synchronous control, which demands that the electronic control device possesses characteristics such as rapid synchronization and accurate positioning. Most of the original production equipment used friction plate mechanical clutches to rigidly connect two or more devices to achieve positional synchronization.
